Graduating from San Diego State University with a business degree in Management and a minor in Real Estate, Jaden’s unique low-cost business approach has created a competitive advantage for the firm amongst the competition. He has a reputation as a forward thinker and excellent communicator with an extreme organizational aptitude.
John Chief Financial Officer/Senior Property Manager
Graduating from San Diego State University with a business degree in Management and a minor in Finance, John has accumulated an extensive background in data & portfolio analysis. As a direct result of this financial drive, he was able to quickly shift his focus towards the Real Estate Industry. In 5 short years, John has moved up the ranks from a market/data analyst to becoming our most engaged CFO. He is a methodical thinker with a knack for numbers and is without a doubt an invaluable asset to the team.
Nicole Co-founder/Senior Property Manager
With an extraordinarily diverse background of over 5 years managing both residential and commercial properties as well as dabbling in interior design, Nicole has knowledge and experience in all faucets of the industry. Leading networking campaigns, Nicole has made a name for herself through creative publicity events. She is a very detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and continuously strives to uphold the robust image of Pacific Beach Property Management.
Gigi Senior Project Manager
Gigi Fusco Meese brings over 30 years of real estate and mortgage banking experience to Pacific Beach Property Management. She started her career in the savings and loan business and then moved on to office management positions, loan processing, and headed in-house escrow divisions for mortgage companies in Los Angeles and Orange counties.
